In 2017, Nelson + Stowe and Ross Group Development joined forces as Carpathia. Carpathia acquires, builds, and operates real estate with a particular emphasis on urban markets. Carpathia seeks out and produces assets capable of sustained financial performance, with a portfolio spanning multifamily, warehouse, retail, office, and hospitality.

Nelson + Stowe originated in the McNellie’s Group entertainment empire which pioneered downtown revitalization in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, and Little Rock. Ross Group Development is the real estate arm of Ross Group, a diversified construction and engineering firm with 150 employees across several states. Since 2012, the principals have delivered over $175 million in real estate assets.
